I’m excited to bring my first international workshop to Toronto after connecting with students online from around the world.
This immersive 2-day intensive is designed for students who want a deeper understanding of their handstand practice and clearer direction in their training.
Unlike shorter workshops, this experience is intentionally paced with time to learn, practice, rest, observe, troubleshoot, and ask questions. The focus is not continuous intensity, but structured learning with space for integration, observation, and personalized coaching throughout the weekend.
Across two days, we’ll explore handstand and press handstand foundations through technical breakdowns, strength work, mobility, body awareness, and intelligent progressions.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your current limitations and a more intelligent way to approach your practice moving forward.
Limited to 25 participants to ensure personalized coaching and individual feedback throughout the weekend.
Handstand alignment and balance
Press handstand foundations and drills
Strength and shoulder integration
Wall work vs. freestanding control
Mobility and compression awareness
Nervous system awareness under load
Personalized feedback and corrections
Sustainable training approaches for long-term progress
You feel stuck or inconsistent in your handstand practice
You want clearer direction in what to work on
You can kick up to a wall but struggle balancing away from it
You want to build strength, body awareness, and control
You enjoy technical, detail-oriented learning
You want personalized feedback in a group setting
There are no strict requirements, but being comfortable kicking up to a wall will help you get the most out of the weekend.
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Foundations of balance, alignment, strength integration, drills, and body awareness.
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Application, troubleshooting, partner observation, Q&A, and personalized feedback.
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Mechanics of the press handstand: compression, mobility, strength development, and proprioception.
2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Integrated practice, individualized coaching, problem-solving, and refinement.
Even in a larger group, students receive specific corrections based on their body, movement patterns, and training needs.
You’ll learn not only what to do, but what you should actually feel and understand in your body while practicing.
Instead of leaving with more uncertainty or a long list of drills, you’ll leave with clarity on your movement patterns and a clear understanding of what you need to work on to continue progressing on your own practice with confidence and intention.
You’ll be guided, challenged, and supported in a space designed for real progress without unnecessary pressure or confusion.

“What stood out to me most was how you gave personalized advice to each person without generalizing- even in a large group, everyone received your attention.
I loved how clearly you explain what we should actually feel while practicing. You helped me understand my handstand alignment so much more clearly, and now I know exactly what to focus on moving forward.
You are a wonderful teacher- so caring, technical, and incredibly clear.”
